REMEMBERED-- MILE HIGH AND THE REST
To any that are interested. This 15 of April is the 32nd aniversity of the contact off Mile High.A number of us from D 1/35 are taking a moment at 2pm thier time to remember those lost on that day and all those lost in our time. When I was first incountry I worked with a Sgt John BeSaint, and a guy who came out of Tn who was mamed Bob, and then there was Jeno from Chicago, and alot of other guys who I have pictures of in C Co 35 Inf and the about the time we cooked up everything there was in a C-ration case in one pot, I have pictures of the tea platantion and of the "Blackjack", What is so crazy about this is that I sent the film home to my wife and when I got back from the Nam she had put this picture album together, I will bring it to the Y-2K reuion in VA. Thanks Ben, and the rest of the officer's of the Ass. for a great reunion in Las Vagus in Sept 99.

am seeking info on a Cpl John Baggi Killed in the Korean war on 25Oct1950 and awarded the silver star. The surviving members of his family know nothing of the circumstances surrounding his death or award of this medal. They didn't even know where he was buried until recently. I'm still around and kicking no matter what the North Koreans, Chinese and the Russians tried to do to me. Got wounded in Korea when a Russian concussion grenade exploded in my face and I got sent back to the USA. In time I got my eyesight back and retired after 25 years of service in 1974.
