I arrived in Korea in Oct 1951. I was assigned to a line company. I cannot recall the line company name. In the spring of 1952 I was assigned to the 35th Service Company as a truck driver hauling supplies both ways( to the front and the rear area). I was sent home June 1952

REMEMBERED-- MILE HIGH AND THE REST
To any that are interested. This 15 of April is the 32nd aniversity of the contact off Mile High.A number of us from D 1/35 are taking a moment at 2pm thier time to remember those lost on that day and all those lost in our time. We will take one minute and say a few quite words. The word a few of us have dicided to use are as follows. Lord we take this moment to remember our brothers. Let us not dwell on the bad but remember the good. Let us accept that we did our best and let us feel not guilt we are not with them. Let them know that they live always in our hearts and thoughts.
