The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, PV2 Arthur Maurice Darling, US51192316, who died in the service of his country on June 6th, 1953 in North Korea. The cause of death was listed as KIA. At the time of his death Arthur was 21 years of age. He was from Cleveland, New York. Arthur's Military Occupation Specialty was 1745-Light Weapons Infantry Leader.

The decorations earned by PV2 Arthur Maurice Darling include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Bronze Star with V, the Purple Heart, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Korea Service Medal, and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.




Arthur is buried in Lakewood Cemetery, Cleveland, NY. He entered the service 1 August 1952.
