The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, PFC Morris Albert Trengen, who died in the service of his country on May 1st, 1945 in Luzon. The cause of death was listed as KIA. At the time of his death Morris was 37 years of age. He was from Bottineau, North Dakota.

The decorations earned by PFC Morris Albert Trengen include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.


Morris enlisted October 1943.


Morris was lost along the Villa Verde Trail and his body never recovered. He is listed on The Tablets of The Missing, Manila Cemetery.
