The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, SGT Francis Paul Fasciani, 6901535, who died in the service of his country on February 11th, 1943 in Guadalcanal. The cause of death was listed as KIA. At the time of his death Francis was 27 years of age. He was from North Arlington, New Jersey.

The decorations earned by SGT Francis Paul Fasciani include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.
