The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, SFC Raymond Gilbert Wells, who died in the service of his country on February 10th, 1953 in North Korea. The cause of death was listed as Other Causes. At the time of his death Raymond was 25 years of age. He was from Oak Park, Illinois.

The decorations earned by SFC Raymond Gilbert Wells include: the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Korea Service Medal, and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.

Comments: Sergeant First Class Wells was a member of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 35th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division. He died of other causes on February 10, 1953 in North Korea.
