The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, PVT Dan D. Marshall, 38100581, who died in the service of his country on January 11th, 1943 in Guadalcanal. The cause of death was listed as KIA. At the time of his death Dan was 25 years of age. He was from Dona Ana County, New Mexico.

The decorations earned by PVT Dan D. Marshall include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.
