The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, PFC Arnold Ervin Nicolai, 37600794, who died in the service of his country on September 17th, 1945 in Luzon. The cause of death was listed as DNB. At the time of his death Arnold was 23 years of age. He was from Renville County, Minnesota.

The decorations earned by PFC Arnold Ervin Nicolai include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.
