2024 Reunion Information

Reunion Dates: September 5 - September 8, 2024

Reunion Hotel: Holiday Inn Riverwalk, 217 N. St. Mary's Street, San Antonio, TX 78205. For reservations call direct 210-224-2500. Room rates are $129.00 for Single/Double. Be sure to use the Group Code "35IR". These rates do not include 16.75% room tax. A credit card is required to secure the reservation. Reservations must be made by August 4th, 2024. Rooms are limited so make your reservations early. Rates +/- 3 days of the Reunion based on availability. Rates include Full American breakfast $20 and self parking $20 per night.

Reunion Registration: In order to attend the 2024 San Antonio Reunion, you must be a member or guest of the 35th Infantry Regiment Association.

If you are not a member or guest, you must join the association. You may join at the same that you register for the reunion, either by filling out the online form, or by printing and filling out the mail-in form to Don Johnson, the Association Secretary. His information is below.

When registering for the reunion, full payment is due by August 15, 2024. Cancellations will be accepted until September 1, 2024 with full refund. After that a refund will be based on circumstances and a review by the Reunion Committee.

Reunion Banquet: The centerpiece of our reunions is the Reunion Banquet, where we come together to remember our fallen brothers, enjoy a few comments by officers of the Association, and participate in a stirring raffle. The Banquet meal this year includes either Atlantic Salmon Filet or Brie and Apple Stuffed Chicken. For the children (3-11) we will have a meal which includes Chicken Fingers.

Business Meeting: Every year we have a business meeting with all members who wish to attend. During the meeting financial, membership, scholarship fund other reports are given. Motions from the floor are also entertained. Every other year the association officers stand for election and the attending members make their choices.

The 35th Infantry Regiment Assn reserves the right to request documents/records that verify an applicant\'s qualifying service time with the 35th Infantry Regiment and its Battalions. Failure to provide the requested documentation can result in denial of membership in the Assn. The membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. Annual Membership Dues shall be due and payable by 30 January of each year of membership. If dues are not paid by April 1st, the member will be converted to Expired Member Status, no longer enjoying the privileges of membership. lt is the responsibility of the Member to keep current their mail/email address.
