Message from the President

Cacti Family,

I hope each of you enjoys a meaningful Thanksgiving surrounded by family, friends, and the people who bring warmth into your life. As we move into the holiday season, I hope you find time for rest, reflection, and the kind of moments that remind us what truly matters.

This time of year always makes me think about the generations of Cacti veterans and families who continue to keep this bond alive. Whether you served in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, somewhere in between, are serving now, or you’re a spouse, child, or loved one of a Cacti Soldier — you are part of something bigger than all of us. As we move toward the new year, I’m genuinely looking forward to making even more memories with our past, present, and future Cacti brothers and sisters.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our Thanksgiving troop support efforts. Because of your generosity, we were able to help twelve families with $50 gift certificates to ease their holiday expenses. Every donation — big or small — helps strengthen our mission of supporting the troops and their families. Remaining donations have been added to our Troop Support fund, ensuring we can continue to step up when our battalions need us.

From my family to yours, we wish you all a joyful Christmas, a peaceful holiday season, and a safe, prosperous New Year. Thank you for keeping the Cacti spirit alive.

God bless you all.

Cacti Forever,

Feliciano "Chano" Perez
