The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, SSG Rodney Gale Frank, who died in the service of his country on March 5th, 1968 in Quang Tin Province, Vietnam. The cause of death was listed as Small Arms. At the time of his death Rodney was 33 years of age. He was from Bellevue, Washington. Rodney is honored on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at Panel 43E, Line 6.

The decorations earned by SSG Rodney Gale Frank include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Soldiers Medal, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm Unit Citation.


Rodney is buried in Washington Memorial Park, Seattle, WA
