The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, CPT Byron Dale Lee, O-0929109, who died in the service of his country on July 25th, 1950 in South Korea. The cause of death was listed as KIA. At the time of his death Byron was 33 years of age. He was from Canyon County, Idaho. Byron's Military Occupation Specialty was 5310.

The decorations earned by CPT Byron Dale Lee include: the Purple Heart, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Korea Service Medal, and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.


Comments: Captain Lee was a Chaplain with the 35th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action while attending to his duties in South Korea on July 25, 1950. He was also a veteran of WWII.
