PFC James J Trione, son of well known Daphne resident Mrs. Carrie Trione, has been killed in action in Korea. The tragic news came to Mrs. Trione by telegram Thursday. PFC Trione entered the Army last October and arrived in Korea in March. He was serving with the 25th Infantry Division, now the senior American division on the peninsula. In civilian life Trione attended McGill Institute, of which he is a graduate. He was later employed as a merchant seaman by the Alcoa Steamship Company of Mobile.
