The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, CPL Dennis Leonard Hargrove, 06540190, who died in the service of his country on January 14th, 1943 in Guadalcanal. The cause of death was listed as KIA. At the time of his death Dennis was 39 years of age. He was from Wisconsin.

The decorations earned by CPL Dennis Leonard Hargrove include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Silver Star, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.
