The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, Tech5 Mitchell Ousley, 35427088, who died in the service of his country on February 5th, 1945 in Luzon. The cause of death was listed as KIA. At the time of his death Mitchell was 33 years of age. He was from Floyd County, Kentucky.

The decorations earned by Tech5 Mitchell Ousley include: the Combat Medical Badge, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.

PVT Ousley was a machine operater in a coal mine, enlisting 04/13/42.
He was born in 1911 and was single.
